At LXKXYY, we aim to process and ship orders as efficiently as possible.

Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 5–7 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed.

Processing times may be longer during holidays, promotional periods, or periods of unusually high order volume.

Please note that order processing time is separate from shipping and delivery time.

Shipping Time

After an order has been processed and shipped, the estimated delivery time is 7–15 business days, depending on the destination, shipping method, carrier, customs processing, and other factors.

The 7–15 business day delivery timeframe is an estimate only and is not a guaranteed delivery date.

Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Cost

We offer free standard shipping on orders of $79 or more.

For orders below $79, applicable shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

The order value used to determine free shipping is based on the eligible merchandise subtotal after applicable discounts and before shipping charges and taxes.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, tracking information may be provided by email or through your order information.

Tracking information may take some time to become active after the package has been handed to the carrier.

Address Information

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information when placing an order.

Please contact us at service@lxkxyy.com as soon as possible if you need to correct your shipping address.

We will try to accommodate address changes before an order has been processed or shipped, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made after processing or shipment.

Additional costs resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping information may be the customer's responsibility.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Depending on the destination country or region, customs duties, import taxes, or other fees may apply.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or similar charges imposed by the destination country.

Delayed or Lost Packages

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.

If your package is delayed, please check the tracking information first. If you believe your package may be lost or has not received a tracking update for an extended period, please contact us at service@lxkxyy.com.

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment.

Damaged Packages

Because some of our products, such as vases, may be fragile, please inspect your package when it arrives.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photographs of the damaged product and packaging.

Please keep the original packaging until the issue has been resolved.
